New Motto for the Squad

Hi Guys,

I thought we might change the motto for the squad. i have no idea what it means at the moment, but i can't translate it to anything sensible. My thoughts were we could change it to this:

Respice post te sumus carnificium

Find a translator, google translator is pretty good :D
